Insight Meridian Group, including its brands InsightLead Partners and Prime Meridian, respects the wishes of people who do not want to receive telephone calls or text messages from us. This policy describes how we maintain and honor Do Not Call requests, in line with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule and applicable state laws.
1. Our internal Do Not Call list
- We maintain an internal Do Not Call list of people and numbers who have asked not to be contacted by phone or text.
- Requests are added promptly and honored within the time required by law, and in any case no later than 10 business days.
- Requests remain on our list indefinitely unless you ask us to remove them.
- A request applies to all of our brands and to anyone calling on our behalf.
2. National and state registries
Where applicable, we check numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry and relevant state registries before making telemarketing calls, and we do not make telemarketing calls to registered numbers unless an exemption applies (for example, where you have given us permission or have an established business relationship with us).
3. How we call
- We identify ourselves and our company at the start of every call.
- We only make telemarketing calls between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time, or within any stricter hours required by state law.
- We do not use prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, or automated dialing to mobile phones, for marketing without the prior express written consent required by law.
- We display a valid caller ID number that can be called back to make a Do Not Call request.
4. Training and accountability
Everyone who makes calls on our behalf is trained on this policy and on how to record Do Not Call requests. Any vendors calling on our behalf are required to follow it.
