Projects are typically billed with a deposit to start and the balance at agreed milestones. Ongoing services such as care plans, retainers and CRM subscriptions are billed monthly.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, subject to any minimum term in your agreement. See our Refund Policy for details.
